It all started when Manning, who is now a co-owner of Wrexham, took a shot at Brady's age during a recent interview.
"I think Tom's getting a little old," Manning said. "He's still a great player, but I'm not sure how much longer he can keep playing at this level."
Brady, who is now 45 years old, fired back on his "Let's Go!" podcast.
"Eli's just jealous because he's not playing anymore," Brady said. "He's sitting at home watching me win Super Bowls, and he's just trying to get a rise out of me."
The back-and-forth between the two quarterbacks has only added to the anticipation for this weekend's match.
